A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of cinnamon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of cinnamon along with strong notes of chocolate, notes of nutmeg, and hints of vanilla.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes a lot like a Californian version of Mexican Cake. It does a very good job at hiding the alcohol from the taste.
