Collaboration with Moonraker Brewing Company and Urban Roots Brewing & Smokehouse
We got together with Moonraker Brewing and Urban Roots Brewery to bring you Meeting of The Minds, a Fruited Double IPA with Mangos, Pineapple, and Peaches that was heavily dry hopped with Citra. This is one of three different IPAs that was brewed at each of our breweries to celebrate Sacramento craft beer and the camaraderie within the industry. Our iteration of Meeting of The Minds is an absolute tropical fruit bomb that finished highly drinkable.

Canned 04/22/19
Appearance - Pours with a slight haze and pale golden yellow in color with a white, frothy, finger width head. Fair retention before peeling back to a thin, broken layer of suds. A few small spots and broken lines make up the lacing.
Smell - The peach and pineapple really stand out on the nose, while the mango takes a backseat.
Taste - Follows the nose. Plenty of pineapple flavor with lesser peach and a touch of mango. Orange. Very faint dank. Finishes much the way it starts, with plenty of pineapple and that peach backing it up.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, nigh silky texture. Goes down remarkably smooth and easy at 8.3%
Overall - Pretty good brew. The peach and pineapple do well to balance each other out. My only complaint is that maybe it's too fruit heavy?
