This Imperial Sour Ale is 45% raspberry wine, which is the most fruited beer we make. To balance out the acidity, we centrifuged the beer and treated it with copious amounts of Mexican Veracruz vanilla beans. The result is a sweet, tart, and intensely fruity beer.
