We might of outdone ourselves on this one and made our most flavorful non barrel aged stout to date. Joyous Almonds is a massive pastry stout packed with toasted almonds, Ugandan vanilla beans, and a one pound per gallon dosing rate of Filipino coconut. It's outrageously decadent and will leave your glass coated with Almond Joy flavors long after you finish sipping the beer.

2022 Batch at 12.0% ABV! Sweet and savory chocolate nutty and vanilla-coconut nose on this one! Taste follows with a tasty, milk chocolate, coconut, and hint of nutty finish. This captures the Almond Joy vibes perfectly...exactly what they were looking for. It is well-balanced between each addition and hides the ABV almost too well. Great stuff!

Very dark appearance with tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a slightly sweet vanilla and almond. Taste is also a slightly sweet vanilla and almond.
