Sticky bun-inspired imperial stout with walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla and coffee. Mostra 6th is made to commemorate our coffee supplier, Mostra Coffee.

On tap at beer mule.
Black with minimal head.
Muted coffee, chocolate, hazelnut nose.
Taste a bit stronger. Malt, chocolate, vanilla, espresso, roasty. Faint Cinnamon notes. Slight booze, slightly bitter.
Balanced thick mouthfeel.
Overall: first Mostra beer. What stands out is actually the balance. None of the flavors are jumping out they are all equally muted. Maybe the ghost of a cinnamon bun. I think this is generally a good thing.
