1st substantive review of this beer on BA.

Pours orange, looks pretty similar to their sunset on sunset. Super thin 1/50" like off white head, just a film. But hey the color is pretty. Aroma of tangerine, guava, passion fruit, coconut and lots of sugar.

Taste is another really sweet kettle sour with more adjuncts than a fudge sundae. While it does a pretty good job at hiding a monstrous abv for style (or just a big one for beer generally), it also has a flabby base waistline that doesn't inspire thoughts of "oh yeah, this is a beer I'm drinking with barley and hops as its main ingredients. While the taste isn't off or bad, it definitely smacks of a bunch of different juice boxes blended up and kettle soured.

So I dunno, I enjoyed it for what it is, good and less good, but for it to stay enjoyable, I really have to only have a few ounces of it, just not something I want to have 16oz, 32, 48, 64 oz of in one sitting, ever. But your friend who doesn't like beer as much as you might dig it more so don't hesitate to put it in a flight and see where it suits you.

Wow. Wow. Wow... This one speaks to me like Jean Harlow in “The Red Desert.” Oh baby. So sour and tart like Norma Jean before she became Marilyn Monroe.

If you can, get it. Hey yo!
