This beer was designed for optimum drinkability. Restrained bitterness, super clear, and highly aromatic were the goals for Classic. We used a simple but pungent 5.5 lb per bbl hop combo of hand selected Citra as well as Nelson Sauvin from Hop Revolution Farms. Hopefully this reminds you of the most Classic West Coast IPAs of the past.

For the hops involved this one really underwhelmed. Formal review to come as I (foolishly) grabbed a 4 pk before trying first.
