Deeper Surface is a collaborative effort between the Brewers and Graphic Designers of Moksa and Pure Project. The Brewers teamed up to produce two beers, one brewed at Moksa and one brewed at Pure Project down in San Diego. The Designers collaborated by creating two labels that, when stacked on top of one another, line up to form one cohesive piece of art. If you have access to Pure Project's beer, Syren, make sure to stack the cans to see how the labels match up.

Deeper Surface is a West Coast DIPA hopped with a 6.6 lb per bbl combo of hand selected Centennial and Mosaic Hops.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours transparent yellow with a bit of white head. Nose is really nice. Citrus peel, pine, honey, wheat, grass, and a nice sweetness. The taste follows the nose. Grapefruit peel, leather, grass, wheat, orange, lemon. Overall, a really nice DIPA.
