Here's a single can pickup, must have been in Truckee. Consumed late Summer 2022. Be careful what you wish for. Why is it that like, Luke Combs has two songs: upbeat and for the ladies. They all (his songs) fit into those two. Anyhoo, this pours an amber color similar to that of say, SNPA, God tier beer. 3/4" white head. This ain't that legend beer though. I never promised you a rose garden ya know? The aroma seems to be mostly Citra and Centennial, you get a grapefruit and orange rind up in this.
Its also wild how all the government bootlicker breweries that engaged in all the economic bloodletting are now making kumbaya happy pepperidge farms like lookbacks on those days. Funk you mang, no revisionist history here. But I did like the taste of the beer, had this kind of varied citrus presence that went both light flesh and moderate rind bitterness. Good Centennial use, seems to hit that dual aroma and bittering usage to compliment both Simcoe and Citra. The very light caramel hit melds well. I gives a hard time, its got to be hard to be a small business owner in California.

Crystal clear body; medium gold color; fine carbonation; decent head, white and frothy, lasting. Nice aroma, mostly grain-like, a bit toasted; some hop notes in the smell but vague. Clean, malty flavor; moderate hop bitterness, piney and resinous. Medium body; mild coarseness; slightly sticky; a bit dry.
A nice, journeyman effort for a west coast India pale ale.
Pouring temperature: 54 °F; canning data: NO BAD DAYS 03/02/22
