Unsweetened baker's chocolate, mild hint of dark fruits, and a wonderful cognac oak-barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet and luxurious, chocolate and balanced boozy barrel heat finish. As it warms, the barrel notes becomes even more integrated and smooth. The mouthfeel on this one is darn near perfect! This is an outstanding BA stout!
