Sangria Inspired Imperial Sour Ale w/ a blend of red wine grapes, orange, blackberry, pomegranate, key lime, allspice, cinnamon & clove.
We’re bringing back our heavy-hitting sangria-inspired ale just in time for Thanksgiving! It starts as more or less a wine/beer hybrid, blending several red wine grape varieties with a high gravity neutral sour beer base. On top of that we add Orange, Blackberries, Pomegranate, and key lime juice, then finish it off with a touch of clove, cinnamon, and allspice to bring in some rich aromatics. We think it’s the perfect beer for the holidays.
