A Smoothie Sour with mango, orange, peach, vanilla soft serve, and vanilla beans.

We put our heads together with our friend at Kings Brewing on this one to brew up something a little outside of our typical juicebox. This is our first unabashed smoothie sour, featuring the maximum quantity of fruit we can use and still call it beer, while leaving in all the texture and character of the real fruit puree. On top of that, we boosted the flavor up with a sizable dose of (dairy-free) soft serve mix and a few pounds of real vanilla bean caviar, putting this one somewhere right between fruit smoothie and milkshake.
