To celebrate the new year 2025 we’ve put together a decadent barrel aged stout inspired by banana-chocolate pancakes; a perfect indulgence for right before those resolutions kick in.
Revelrous started as a blend of imperial stouts aged in Buffalo Trace 7-year, Old Fitzgerald 19-year, Woodford Reserve 5-year, and Bookers 8-year bourbon barrels for 23 months. To this base we infused creamy raw coconut, bright Wild Thai Banana, marshmallowy Comoros vanilla beans, and some incredibly rich Haitian Cacao Nibs, then finished it off with a drizzle of fresh maple flavor from some candy cap mushrooms.
An enticing aroma of rich chocolate, heady bourbon, and maple lead into creamy, coconutty flavors with pops of bright banana through the sip, while big vanilla richness really ties the room together. The finish comes full circle to finish on even more chocolatey goodness and a proper, lingering warmth.

Sweet milk chocolate, maple glazed donut, creamy vanilla and banana, a hint of coconut, and a subtle bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with sweet maple and banana upfront...and then a chocolate cacao nib bitter and barrel heat finish. Delicious!
