Crosby Hop Farms in Woodburn, Oregon produces some of the best hops in the world and their Idaho 7 variety is second to none. We were fortunate to select which lot we wanted to use for this year and wanted to showcase what we chose in an 100% single hop Hazy DIPA. When selecting for Idaho 7, we wanted a strong peach ring flavor to dominant followed by a variety of tropical and citrus fruits. After tasting the final brew, we noticed strong flavors of peach ring, pineapple, and papaya with a full mouthfeel to keep those flavors on your palate for minutes after you sip.
