All The Mosaic is a part of our new single hop West Coast IPA series where we showcase the specific hand selected lots we chose of each variety. First in this new series is Mosaic, a hop introduced about 10 years ago and has gone on to be one of the most popular American-grown hop varieties in the industry. We select Mosaic for equal parts pineapple and berry with a touch of dank and add it this beer at a heavy rate of 5.5 lbs per bbl.

Not only did I add this beer to this Next Glass owned database, but I'll also generate more content in the form of the first review ever of this beer on said owned database. Pwned. Lulz.
Pours golden with ample clarity into a 1918 Marquette jersey pint glass. Gene Rondo's reggae version of Ramblin' Man ain't the worst thing. One inch of white head, good retention, this is a pretty looking beer. All Mosaic hops smells good. Bits of berry/weed strain, guava, generic tropical.
Taste reveals one of the best single hop beers ever made. Good variety of hoppy flavors coming in from a single hop. Nice little hits of underripe pineapple to go along with the berry weed strain. Mouthfeel really shines, toeing the line between dry body and juicy hops. Really well done in that regard, crisp, dry, juicy, how this things get done, quite different. Just a light hop burn that is kinda welcome alongside a degree of bitterness that is appreciable for a single hop Mosaic beer.
