This copper-colored IPA is two Smokin’ Barrels loaded with a bit of grapefruit flavor and a resinous piney aroma provided from darker crystal malts and three additions of Chinook hops.

Came in a standard pint a clear copper color with a thinner but well sustained slight off white head atop. Some sharp grapefruit and toasted grain in the nose.Earthy and a little resinous on the palate, the Chinook hops really show thru with the big earth,a dryer toasted grain base.Chinooks are not my favorite hop variety at least not in a single hopped IPA.Not horrible but not anything to really seek out either.
