The next naughty beer in this series, this time a Cryo DIPA. The Cryo Hop process removes some of the vegetal exterior layers of the hop cone to focus more of the cryo pellets from just the interior lupulin glands which contain more of the fruity aromatic oils of each varietal to give us a bigger punchier flavor. This DIPA features Cryo Citra, and a lot of it, so expect big mango, citrus and tropical notes to blast your taste buds!
