Snake Lake’s latest creation is unique, if trendy. This is a New England style wheat ale - all of the requisite haze is here. Fortunately, the extra substrate makes for a lovely mouthfeel. The hop treatment (calypso, citrus, and mosaic) brings out all kinds of fruit flavor. They’ve done a very nice job with this one - I foresee many growlers of this being destroyed if/when spring arrives!
