This NZ Spritzer IPA explodes with tropical fruit flavours! It was brewed using Sauvignon Blanc grape must, dry-hopped heavily with Nelson Sauvin, and topped off with passion fruit.

Pours a milky hazy yellow with a finger of fine bubbly white head - a little greyish yellow chunk at end of pour.
Aroma of bright citrus hops, white wine note, grape, grapefruit, and slightly tropical.
Tastes initially sweet tropical fruit - pineapple, a bit of melon, followed by an astringent sharp, almost metallic aspirin like bitterness that dominates at the back of the palate in a harsh manner.
Sharp bitter and dry with flabby thin mouthfeel on subdued carbonation - astringent bitterness dominates the finish.
This is the prototypical hazy that does not work for me.
