Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes with some buttery notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of buttery notes with some cereal with light residuals sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good beer for a style that is not always easy to master.

Bright/soft veiled golden color with low activity. Thick foamy white 3-4 finger head in a stange, lasting around 10 minutes, with good legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet grains, lemon, light caramel and veggies, with floral hops. Slick medium body with crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, slightly flowery but more of a cereal feel. Not much fruity or vegetal nor as complex as a traditional Kolsch, more similar to a basic pale ale. Highly refreshing though, and having decent balance and ingredients. Overly accessible. Overall above average quality craft.
