30 cl botte, served in Chimay goblet.
Cloudy apple-sauce color; moderate head. Pleasantly fresh, sour aroma. Taste-wise, yeast is clearly noticeable; a decent, moderately sour freshness dominates, and the finish is slightly dry.
A rather unremarkable witbier, somewhat rough round the edges, but not without character.
