(Served in an American pint glass with lemon or orange slice)
no fruit with mine and the ABV was 6.0%
A- This beer has a pale yellow body that is a bit hazy with a snow white head that was creamy but faded after a short time. There was a strong carbonation of bubbles in this beer.
S- The smell of lemon had a hint of lemon cleaner to it with a soft Belgian yeasty note. There wasn't much depth even when the beer warmed. The yeast note had a faint perfume quality to it.
T- The taste of tart bright citrus was the dominating flavor but it wasn't overpowering by any means. There was a very light soapy yeasty quality and a soft bread hint when it warmed. There was a very light carbonic acid note in the finish.
M- This beer had a medium-light mouthfeel with a watery thin texture to it became stronger as it warmed.
D- The bartenders told everyone that this is their version of Blue Moon. It was a very light soft wheat beer with some notes of a Belgian wit but for the most part it was pretty bland.

Pours a dark, cloudy orange with an excellently retentive head.
Smells like a whole bunch of stuff: white pepper, orange, banana, yeast, wheatmalt. Fantastic.
Tastes like harsh wheatmalt upfront, cloves and banana, which quickly fades out and gives way to a strong mix of citrus and ginger that ends with a mixture of white pepper and chemical alcohol. Would get a 4.5 were it not for the aftertaste.
The body's a bit too carbonated but it goes down smooth enough. My only problem with it was the aftertaste, which really drags down the drinkability.
