(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a dense brown body that lets a little light in around the base showing off its color but still too dense to see any carbonation. There is a light tan head that last for a bit but then fades to a few puddles of head.
S- This beer has a soft but smooth black malt note with a slight bit of earthiness.
T- This beer has a brown malt flavor with big notes of nougat and a bright tartness that covers the nougat. It is hard to find the dark malt hint in the background but it comes through as it warms. Unfortunately the tartness also increases with warmth. The finish of this beer is pretty clean but tart with a slight carbonic acid note.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a fizzy finish that boost up the mouthfeel.
D- This beer has a good color but it has very little flavor and the tartness is out of place. I get the feeling that this is their stout that they lagered.
