(Served in an American pint glass)
On their menu it is described as a German Style wheat with raspberries
A- This beer has a reddish-brown ice tea colored body that is crystal clear with a light creamy head that fades before it is set in front of me. There is a gentle carbonation of big bubbles that glide through the body.
S- This beer has soft note of mead and real raspberries but it is pretty clean overall.
T- This beer has a dry cider note followed by a nice tart raspberry flavor. The tartness is like that of raw fruit and not that of wild ales. This flavor is followed by a dry corn note and a sweeter fruit punch note. As it warms there is a note of white mushrooms in the finish.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a fizzy finish.
D- This is smooth with a nice fresh crisp raspberry flavor but no malt qualities. I really enjoy a good fresh cider and raspberry ciders are even better, this beer has some nice qualities of a raspberry cider and it was a nice drink for a hot summer day.
