16 oz. pint on cask at the brewery May 26, 2021
L: clear dark orange, thin creamy skin of beige foam
S: light bready malt, pie crust, peachskin, earthy black pepper
T: thick layer of dirt hops that build but aren't overly earthy or medicinal; just enough sweetness from the malt to balance the earthy bite; peach rind, peach pith; as it warms it creeps toward the edge of tasting fruity but never gets there ... it has the remembrance of peach kolache, not quite the real thing
F: flattish but holds a lingering crispness despite being the last pint from the dying cask; it does have a relatively nice weight for a low ABV session beer, but overall it's on the light and watery side for easy drinking; a fresher cask or pint of the carbonated version would be better
O: a very restrained bitter that has good flavor without going overboard in any direction; the malt backbone is a deft touch that doesn't dominate with overly sweet caramel/peach flavors, instead serving to balance and restrain the hops
CROWLER VERSION: I did take home two pint crowlers of the carbonated version, and both have been fantastic; the cask version would be best on the first or second day of the cask's life — the bartender told me the cask I killed was at least three days old and probably four, so it's flattishness makes sense. The numbers I've entered in the BA database reflect an amalgam of my experience with the beer. FWIW, the numbers I would've entered from just the dead-cask experience are below:
L — 3.25
S — 4.5
T — 4
F — 2.75
O — 3.75

Had it from tap at the brewery in an English pint glass. Golden yellowish brown with a creamy, foamy white head and great lacing. Caramel smell. Fruity and malty taste. Good job on the style.
