Recently canned. Amber color with a thick beige head with great retention and leaving some laces.
Aroma with notes of caramel malt, faint floral and toffee.
Flavor with notes of toasted and caramel malts, earthy and spicy hops, grapefruit, spices and some minerals and sulfur. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of % is well disguised.
I had low expectations on this beer. I guess they adjusted the recipe not to be sweet. This is faithful to English IPAs. Good cost benefit.
