Can from Market of Choice.
A very dark brown with a thin brown head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is roasty, mildly caramel like with a little brown sugar and as it warms up, there is some sage and just a little mint. The palate opens thin, a little roasty and with brown sugar, roast, caramel, a little toffee. The mid palate has sage, mildly floral and a touch savory. Faintly peppery as well. Drying on the finish, mildly watery, a little thin. Tasty.
