On tap at Lemon Tree Brewery in Speculator, NY.
This one pours a dark-ish red color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells kind of like rye spice, caramel, and toasted breadiness.
This is pretty solid all in all – it’s toasty, lightly spicy, and not too sweet, with a smooth and creamy finish.
This is decently drinkable, with a creamy body and a nice bite on the finish.
This isn’t exactly a style that’s gonna wow anybody, but it was nicely done all the same.
