On tap at Red Shed Brewery in Cooperstown, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like smoke, charred malt, dark chocolate, and herbal hops.
This is pretty solid stuff, though it's a bit thinly flavored. There's a pleasant smoke character to this - not too strong - although I'm a fan of smoked beers, so it might be stronger tasting to others.
This is pretty light bodied, clean, and slightly creamy, with a pretty decent drinkability.
Although the body is pretty thin on this, the smoke character was definitely nailed.

Served in a small pint glass here at the brewery.
Appearance: Thin brownish black body which is semi translucent. Head rose thick at first almost one finger's length and dropped before the first sip.
Smell: Light Smokey scent with a dose of raw hops hovering the nostrils. Semi potent.
Taste: Smoke but not overly done. Hint of burnt barley.
Mouth: Medium carbonatkon light body and might be the weakest property of the beer. Lacks stickiness.
Overall: Not a bad brew might need just a dose of chocolate and/or maybe a bit of aging and could be a gem. Salud.
