Served in a pint from the tap here at the brewery.
Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a light white head rising half a fingers length. No lacing after one sip, looks sharp.
Smell: Light hops and banana skin but the scent dissipates very quickly.
Taste: Banana skin with pieces of citrus skin. Mild taste. Could be a little more complex.
Mouth: Dry with medium carbonation which means more the the light side.
Overall: Descent brew, only needs a touch of tweaking. Just a touch. Salud.
