The brew is served a golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The aroma of the brew is light with hints of some apricot and a little bit of an apple cider vinegar smell. The flavor begins with a moderate sourness of apple cider vinegar mixed with some of the apricot that was in the nose. As the taste advances the sweetness fades ever so slightly all while the sourness gains a bit of intensity. While it gets slightly more sour it never becomes overwhelming, and with a little bit of a grassy hop that comes at the end one is left with a tart but clean sour taste on the tongue. The body of the brew is thin and crisp which complements the sour taste of the brew rather well. Overall this was a rather clean tasting and easy drinking sour. While typically sours are not really my thing, I found this one quite approachable.
