A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy dark yellow in color and has some reddish hues or amber. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and only has a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is bursting with aromas and flavors of fresh raspberries. It is very drinkable and has refreshing qualities.

not a bad beer, a hazy thick rose red raspberry sour, but not the most impressive beer i have had from these guys so far, not at all. it seems a little raw, dense looking for what it is, maybe too much wheat frothing this up, and lots of haze too, it looks less refined than the best of their beers so far. the aroma is fine, a little tang from the fruit, a jammy, concentrated intensity to it, and very natural to me, all of which i like. there doesnt seem to be much sugar here either. the souring isnt super clean though, i get that slightly stinky lacto thing that happens in these kettle sours sometimes, like gym socks, but not too potent, some lemon acidity too, puckery and mouthwatering. the flavor is fine, pretty basic, for how much grain i feel in the texture, i taste very little of it, and the acidity keeps creeping up on each sip, unchecked by the malt. the fruit is great, there may actually be some citrus here too, as i get distinct lemon in this along with all the juicy ripe raspberry. its as much juice as beer, without any real hops on it either. decent stuff, but i wouldnt want to drink a ton of it and it lacks the professional vibe i got from their other beers last time i was in town. i had hoped to make it over here again, but it didnt work out, and this was all i could find around town. fine but not compelling at all.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a super hazy raspberry red color with a tiny fizzy white head. The head fades almost instantly to leave almost no lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is huge of a raspberry smell mixed with a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Along with these aromas comes some light smells of other dark stone fruits and a hint of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with very sour and tart with a lemon-lime raspberry flavor with a big showing of apple cider vinegar as well. The sour is big on this one and remains so throughout the taste. Toward the end a little bit more raspberry and a little bit of a grass taste comes to the tongue to leave one with a very sour and decently raspberry fruited taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the lighter side with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the mix of sour and raspberry the feel is great and makes it more easy drinking brew.
Overall – A decent kettle sour overall with a good hit of tart raspberry. As someone who is not crazy about sours, it is not an everyday go to, but a good occasional brew.
