Woa!!! Montana, you have one here!!! Mountains walking is officially on my radar!!!!
Think Julius from TH, but kicked up a click. Everything you want and expect from a NE IPA, strong juice flavor!!! I can’t and won’t explain it any other way.

Banana yellow haze accented by a milky appearance and texture. Capped by about a finger's worth of linen white foam that produces copious amounts of lacing on the glass. Above average retention. Poured into a stemless tulip glass. Aromas of fragrant lemon, subdued blueberry, pineapple, and a slight touch of pine. Taste follows, yet everything meshes seamlessly without one aspect overwhelming the other. Great care was taken into the final product that I'm fortunate enough to enjoy in a 16oz format. Extremely flavorful, yet really hits its stride mid-palate without ever being too aggressive on the palate. Packs as much flavor as beers in the 8%+ range. For a 6% NEIPA, this is literally a home run. The texture is amazing; soft, creamy, and pleasantly mouth-coating on the finish. Awesome.

Cloudy light orange with two fingers of rocky, yellowed head. Good retention and solid lacing. Citrus and a kiss of spruce in the nose. Lightly-watered citrus juice is the dominant flavor in the taste. A hint of mango and a little pepper, too. Medium bodied, lightly creamy, with tight, mineral water carbonation. Solid all-around beer.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a super hazy orange-yellow color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a good sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a tropical fruit smell with tons of tangerine, papaya, mango and pineapple. There is also a rather big aroma of grapefruit hop and a little bit of pine and herb. Overall it is very delicious and inviting.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet and fruity flavor with tons of orange juice and other lighter flavors of tropical fruits (those of the nose). The hop is light upfront, being almost entirely of a grapefruit flavor. As the taste advances the sweet remains, but is joined by some other flavors of a grassy and hay hop as well as a decent showing of a yeasty taste. In the end with all the flavor transitions one is left with a very robust and fruity, moderately hopped and yeasty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thicker side with a carbonation level that is moderate. For the style the feel is great and makes this one a flavorful and easy drinking brew.
Overall – A nice easy drinking and flavorful NEIPA. Very tasty.

the best of the three beers i had in here, dramatically mosaic driven, both in aroma and flavor, stupidly fresh to me and kind of different than they normally present themselves, like its super hoppy right away, not a slow onset, and the climax is in the center of the taste, not at the end. on top of that, its not the usual juicy pineapple and cat pee complexion, its like more pure, free of its normal green planty vegetal confines, almost a lupulin powder or cryo mosaic vibe, its absolute essence, pure and brilliant. meyer lemons and lemongrass candy and tangerine juice, with a light fruity drink sweetness. the grain is pretty minimal in flavor for how much haze and body there is, like, it doesnt contribute a whole lot, but it doesnt really need to, the spotlight is bright on the mosaic and i wouldnt change that in the least. there is brightness here not usually found in the hazy styles, and it really sings to me. amazing side of mosaic here, and right when i thought i was tiring of it, or understood completely its full potential. a real surprise this one, not to be missed!
