This New England IPA is brewed with Montana grown oats from Gallatin Valley Malt, and a dash of wheat. Idaho 7 and Mosaic combine here for a delightful nose of pineapple juice with a little dankness.

great hazy session type here, fresh on tap, mosaic in a sort of new expression here, well made beer. amazing how many beers these guys are sending to idaho these days, seems like i encounter a couple new ones every week out there, wild. this is softly hazy, pale yellow colored with some obvious body, a frothy inch of lasting head, good lacing, and lots of bubbles keeping it from looking all that heavy. cool that this is oat and wheat based and that its not just body, but flavor too, crackery and dry, but full of earthy bready kind of notes, i think it helps make the hops pop, super fresh, i really like the malt build here. there is a green grape and also white wine note to the hops, kiwi fruit, green banana, pear, and an almost saison ester in the nose, tamer in flavor, more familiar mosaic, pineapple from the can, orange, and lemongrass, perhaps some light green onion as it warms, but the grain is right there with it, and this is balanced more like a pale ale, despite it being as dry as it is. new school balance, its great. fluffy bodied, but very drinkable, somewhat subtle on the hops, especially on the finish, where they are less juicy and even green than what is trendy right now, but even with some familiar hops its unique in a way, which i always am into. these guys are off to a great start here, and im looking forward to watching them grow into their reputation a little bit. this is worthwhile.

Hazy orange with decent white head and nice lacing.
Smell is pineapple, citrus with a slight band aid note that doesn't quite fit.
Nice hoppy flavor with pineapple, citrus and a slight bitter finish,
Slightly creamy mouthfeel with prickly carbonation and a dry finish.
Good job getting some mouthfeel creaminess and hop flavor in a relatively low ABV IPA.

A 16oz can I stumbled onto locally, poured into my Jackie O's tulip. Full-on effervescent haze thats the color of orange juice, with a smaller off-white head that laces well. Lots of apricot and stone fruit on the nose and palate, tropical and fruity...notes of orange and pine as well as a zingy bitterness that leads to a dry-er finish, which is welcome. Fluffy body for the abv. Overall a good brew.

16 oz can from Town & Country. Milky, hazy thick pour, fluffy, creamy head. Note: stir up the can first, there's a ton of sediment. Light citrusy aroma. Taste comes in with a bang though, grapefruit peel, coupled with creamy textures from the oats, makes for a luscious drink. Full, fruity, creamy with a lingering citric bite.

16oz tallboy purchased at Community Pint, in Spokane, Washington, for $4.99. Canned on April 7, 2020,according to the stamp on the bottom of the can, which also states, "Hi, I'm Dave."

Poured into a glass, this was an opaque, yellow amber color, with a decent sized off-white head and lots of lace.

Smell was juicy, reminiscent of mellow tropical fruits.

Taste was of unobtrusive, fruity hoppiness. Very easy drinking, not terribly distinctive. Bitter on the finish, but not overly so.

Medium bodied, with a soft mouthfeel that's typical for a hazebomb.

Quite drinkable, not particularly memorable. That's how I'd describe this. Dave's okay, he's just not that interesting.

Can stamped 01/30/20.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-murky cloudy yellow color with a small sheet of white foamy head. Modest rim of lace graced the top of my glass.
The aroma had some fresh pine needles with iced pineapples, some papaya and woody hops. Clean and light cracker malt backbone.
The flavor leaned into the hops and seemed to push out the malts altogether as the iced pineapples, papaya and woody tones take the lead in a semi-sweet fashion but underscored by a counteracting mostly stifled bitterness. Mild aftertaste of iced pineapples, papaya and some grassiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt good. Plenty of dryness clinging to my tongue. Finishes with some citrus rind/pith and pretty dry.
Overall, I'd say a pretty nicely done NEIPA, sure it's a bit drier than a fair amount of what I've had, still, it's one to come back to.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed yellow straw color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast over time to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a citrus orange and tropical fruit smell of pineapple and papaya. Along with these aromas comes a little bit of a cracker smell as well as a touch of clove and yeast.
Taste – The taste begins with a nice crisp malt flavor that has a decent showing of some yeast and clove and a touch of grapefruit hop. The grapefruit hop is light upfront, but is soon joined by some other hop tastes of an herbal and earthy nature. There is a light tropical and orange sweetness upfront that creates a mild sweetness throughout the taste. These become more and more potent as the taste moves forward and with a little bit of a somewhat papery and light pine flavor one is left with a moderately crisp, not very sweet, and moderately dank hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is sorta light with a carbonation level that is on the higher side. For the mix of dank hop, light sweetness and crisp malt, the light feel is pretty good and makes for a crisp and clean sipper.
Overall – A rather nice version of a slightly drier NEIPA. It tastes crisp and refreshing all while having a wonderful flavor profile. Quite nice.
