Oat Whip Mosaic DDH Double IPA. This Hazy Double IPA is brewed with Pilsner as the base malt, 50% oats, and a dash of wheat. This is the second of our "Oat Whip" series and is double dry-hopped exclusively with Mosaic at a rate of nearly 7lbs per barrel. Look for huge notes of stonefruit, pine and citrus.

De 32gp. En copa Teku. Jugando a Fortnite. Muy buena neipa, sedosa, con sensación ligera a pesar del elevado abv y un curioso perfil frutal curioso con notas a melón que resulta muy refrescante

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a hazy orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that has good retention
S- citrus zest, resinous pine, tangerine, light toasted malt beneath
T- some green hoppy notes up front, followed by zesty and pithy citrus. Mid-palate brings out notes of peach and mango, as well as a hint of pineapple. The finish gives more citrus zest with a soft malty undertone
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a silky finish, the oats really add to the mouthfeel

A: The beer is very hazy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of stone fruit are present in the nose along with hints of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of mangos. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors of this NEIPA are quite complex for this being brewed with a single hop.
Serving type: can

16oz canned mid March and poured into a nonic. Pours out a bright hazy orange-juice color with a fluffy white head. Creamy and citrusy, dank and aromatic, with plenty of juicy fruitiness. Creamy mouthfeel, oats lending some heft here, with light prickly carbonation and bitterness. The tropical, citrusy hop character is fairly generic but full of flavor and aroma with pineapple and berries. Moderate sweetness. Just a delicious and well-executed NEIPA.

Pours a milkshake artificial looking dense cloudy/creamy pale gold; mixed bubbles of white foam; good cap retention; medium heavy lacing. Skunky pineapple nose. Taste is somewhat juicy overripe tropical fruit; semi-sweet pineapple/caramel malt predominates; otherwise tastes like bland smashed plantains; no bitterness from the hops. Full pillowy, fluffy oatmeal “whipped” body, read watery mashed potatoes; ever so slight bite from 8.5% abv, but no warmth from the alcohol. Overall, I don’t know what this is supposed to be, but I don’t ever want another...

Taster at brewery. Milky, hazy yellow pour. Again the oats give this a sublime creamy consistency. A bit more hoppy than the Nelson, but still amazing.

Let us begin, what, where, why or when. Will all be explained like instructions to a game. Nose is bright blueberry candy, with notes of pine. Taste is richer and creamier, almost like blueberry gelato, with a mouth-drying resinous finish. Pillow soft mouthfeel, and glowing pumpkin colored haze. These guys are realer than real; don't miss out.
