Copenhagen 1/9 2021. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. The can looks like child-friendly, primitively drawn landscape with shrubs, hills and flowers.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is a bit subdued with a sweet fruity odor mingling with sharp citric scent. Peach, mango and pineapple. Lemon and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth, soft, almost silen texture. Yet lightly tingling.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is beritter sand lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A quite discrete nose but a potent flavor and a silken mouthfeel.
