Hazy "Oat Whip" Double IPA brewed with pilsner malt, 50% oats, and a dash of wheat. This grain profile lends way to the extremely soft and pillowy mouthfeel you have come to know from this series. We then hopped with beer at nearly 6lbs per barrel with The Bruce hop blend from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. This blend is created with early harvest Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, late harvest Pacifica, and mid harvest Pacific Jade. The result is a nose of candied pineapple, coconut, lime zest, pine and resin.
