The look is a light brown with orange tinges. The head is irregularly colored with spots of near white and blotches of light cinnamon. All this coming from a pint can into a clear Imperial pint mug. It has a murky look. The head is of reasonable size and endures. There is plenty of glass lacing. The smell is unmistakably strawberry, vanilla and milk, in that respective order. There's a pleasant tartness to begin and compliment the sourness. The vanilla and lactose add a contrasting sweetness. It's also remarkablely smooth. This really isn't far off of a real strawberry shortcake. Rich tasting and rather thick to the palate, it quickly turns refreshing wetter, thinner and a little more sour at the finish. This is a good try for anyone who likes an occasional desert brew.

Brought back by the Prophet from the brewery. Surprisingly rich head that held for quite some time. Nice medium to full nose. Nice taste and balanced mouthfeel.

Beer #1700 on BA. 16oz can poured into my HotD tulip. Pours out a cloudy dark pink/red with a small-ish layer of pink head lacing and plenty of reddish film left on the glass. Sweetness pops, with some tartness underlying; authentic strawberry flavors as well as some vanilla and limoncello, lactose. There are some nice, decadent sweet notes of strawberry shortcake and pastry-like strawberry-vanilla smoothie, and some off-setting tart lemon flavors. Sticky tart finish in a medium-ish mouthfeel. A fun dessert sour for sure.

Thick and colorful....mostly pink. Consistency of carbonated tomato juice. Small wispy pinkish white head. Very good retention.

Aroma: lactose actually stronger than the Strawberry, but Strawberry is the most recognizable. Raspberry-ish aromas also.

Taste: puckery fruit. Lime , Strawberry, raspberry,

Feel: thick, some sedimentary grittiness. Pretty smooth and not so astringent for a sour.

Refreshing for a bit after you get into it, but gets cloying in the back end. Plus the thicker body from the sediment in the can makes the last part of the can super pulpy and less enjoyable. ( i pured about 2/3 initially, then added the last 1/3 once the glass was down to about 2 oz.

Hazy magenta color. Smells exactly like strawberry yogurt. Tart strawberry flavor up front then, finishing with sweet cream.
