16oz can from Tavour. Hazy caramel color with a fine ring of head. Aroma is apple, cinnamon and caramel. Taste mirrors the aroma and this really tastes like a caramel apple. Delicious!

Sweets - Caramel Apple
Mountains Walking Brewing
Date: 14 July 2021
Visiting the Mountains Walking was a stellar experience; furthermore, I talked to one of the dudes who bring these beers to life. I have already consumed this beer; it is fascinating. The beer is 44 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The pour created an off-white/light tan head with okay retention. Bits of apple was left on the glass after it dissipated. The color is close to applesauce but in liquid form. The beer is opaque.
The aromas in the beer are cinnamon, caramel, cooked apples, malty sweetness, fruity sweetness, pie crust, and biscuity.
The flavors are cinnamon, caramel, cooked apples, malty sweetness, fruity sweetness, pie crust, biscuit, earthiness, and subtle lemon acidic.
The mouthfeel of the beer is thick and pulpy.
The body of the beer is heavy, has medium carbonation, and has a long finish.
The beer is what is said, liquid caramel apple in beer form. A delightful combination and is refreshing. Not overdone, but just about perfect. I am enjoying it.

Can to snifter.
LOOK: pulp-brown yellow, small off white head fades fast with poor retention. pulpy sediment left on sides of glass.
AROMA: sweet cinnamon and apple. pie crust.
TASTE: sour apple, spice,
FEEL: super pulpy, gritty, flat, lots of applesauce-like sediment that is more than just the bottom of the can.
Rough one.
