Received a 16oz can from @muchloveforhops 2-16-24. Canned on 10-26-23; consumed 7-30-25.
Beer poured black with an okay tan head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is very nice, getting a cinnamon, maple, vanilla, and whiskey combination which comes across nicely.
Taste is a moderate roasted malt base that is dominated by the cinnamon. Maple is subtle and works into the mix nicely. Barrel does not bring any nuances but brings a balancing heat to the back end that leads to only a slightly sweet finish.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall, this is a solid brew. Cinnamon is overdone but the other elements make this a fine sipping brew.

Many thanks to muchloveforhops3 for this can!
A - Black pour with moderate burnt toffee lacing and gentle carbonation.
S - Coffee char, cinnamon, Bourbon, Maple, graham cracker, with some alcohol. The cinnamon creates a slight bit of "sting" on the nose.
T - Chocolate, cinnamon, and graham cracker dominate from start to finish with some Bourbon, toasty chocolate, and pronounced warming in the back of the throat with residual Maple, cinnamon, and alcohol.
M - Big medium body that finishes wet on the sides of the mouth, dry on the back of the tongue, and leaves a sticky residue on the lips.
O - A nice boozy, dessert sipper.

From a 4-pack picked up at Big Head's in Missoula, MT
16oz can poured into an Imprint Belgian-style tulip
P Menacing black color w/ absolutely no head; produces the thinnest tan ring
N soft-med aroma of barrel, coffee, booze, and cinnamon
T smooth chocolate, coffee w/ a bit of nuttiness, and graham cracker; dotted w/ light barrel; finishes w/ a bit of cinnamon and lingering nuttiness; very light heat; tasty
Mf med-bodied w/ soft-med carb; smooth; satisfying
O a solid barrel-aged pastry stout; cohesive and sweet, yet not overly so
