The amp’d up double version of the brew team favorite Daruma IPA is Double Daruma. Expect your favorite Daruma but more! A big and bold hop experience ale that is hopped at all stages in the brewing process. Post fermentation we used a blend of Quantum Hop Extract from our friends at Abstrax. Expect dangerous drinkability for an 8.5% beer. Explosive notes of stone fruit, passionfruit and a touch of dankness. Get ready to taste the future of IPA with the newest member of the New Hokkaido family.
