Classic alpine style building with a long bar along one wall. Beyond is brewing equipment. The remainder of the space is a series of 2 to 6 top tables and benches with a cozy, covered patio area. Staff is friendly and attentive. Beer spans a wide array of styles, offering up something for everyone.

its awesome that these mountain towns are starting to be able to support multiple breweries, i guess with the summer business doing better because of the popularity of mountain biking among other activities, its not as seasonal as it once was, the more beer the better! this is a cool little place, impossible to park, but once inside, its quaint but also can hold a fair few people, smartly arranged with a wide bar and the brewery in the back there, a nice patio is there too on the back side, ill have to come back in the summer time to check that out. they had a sprawling beer list covering a lot of ground, but we only had time for a couple of beers. the pils was just okay for me, started alright, but wasnt crisp enough, not quite dry enough, and had a slightly funny cereal aftertaste, but still drinkable. the norwegian farmhouse was really cool, surprisingly strong, estery, and a neat use of that yeast. there were several others i would have liked to try, and ill be back to do so next time i am up in the mountains. service was as expected in this part of the state, mellow, adequate, and friendly. relaxed vibe here, better than expected beers for them being quite new, and a place to add to your list when you are working west through colorado.
