A: hazy Amber Orange, with a short-lived white head
S: grapefruit, tangerine, and fruit cocktail.
T: slightly flying with grapefruit peel, and orange pith. There are alone higher alcohol notes in the finish that I don't love.
M: medium thick body, with lower carbonation.
O: overall I think it's a bit rough around the edges.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy orange- amber color with a modest white head that slowly reduces and leaves some lacing. The nose gets lots of citrus, possibly pineapple forward. The mouth gets a sharp bite of citrusy hops with some bitterness, followed by a mild lingering bitter finish.

Tasted at the taproom in a sampler flight.
L - Very hazy straw color, opaque, with hints of green. Moderate head faded quickly.
S - Great aromas for style: freshly grated grapefruit peel mixed with mango and other tropical fruit. Just a bit of bready malt.
T - Flavors carry much more citrus than tropical fruit. Orange and lemon up front, with a backdrop of tropical fruit and light malt sweetness. Clean finish, especially for style.
F - Light body, medium carbonation. Very high hops bitterness. Alcohol is warming, but I wouldn’t guess it’s 11% ABV.
O- This is a very tasty, big IPA. I’d like more malt presence for the style, bug that is nitpicking with a delicious beer.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Brew House - Farmville, poured into a pint glass. Had an orange color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A solid aroma of hops, malt, tropical fruit, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a whole lot of hops (more than expected, but not obnoxiously so), a decent bit of citrus fruit (orange, lemon), light malt notes (mostly in the finish), and a decent bit of tropical fruit (mango). A very focused and well-balanced flavor. It seems much hoppier than some DIPAs, but the fruit elements balance it out. Pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made, easy to drink DIPA. Worth a try.
