Copenhagen 6/12 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Webshop. Close up of pink rose on the can. Reminds me of an old New Order record cover.
Pours hazy, yellow with a big, slightly bubbly white head. Settles as thin, but consistent layer of foam just covering the fursface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor laced in alcohol and sharp citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and grape fruit. Slightly dusty and dry.
Light carbonation. medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry and a bit boozy.
Light, fruity and pleasant DIPA with moderate boozy streak.

440 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Sweetish and fruity aroma, notes of pineapple and other tropical fruits, some citrus, possibly lactose (not on the ingredients list), a hint of spruce. Medium sweet flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits again, also sprucetips. The bitterness is moderate to low.
