with all those adjuncts, how couldn’t you want to try this beer, you’ll be glad if you do too, this is a very nice strong sour, gorgeous blood red colour, totally opaque, smooth pink one finger head with good retention, aroma is sweet and sour, lot of plum and cherry, vanilla, slight floral character, beer is quite sweet, perhaps too sweet, very cherry forward although certainly notes of the plum and blueberry, some white bread malt, maple really shines and balances very nicely with the decent levels of sourness, vanilla and caramel too,just a hint of nutty oaky flavours too, some floral notes too, beer is medium bodied with medium carbonation, quite smooth and drinkable for its strength, puckering sourness, all in all a nice fruited sour
