Pours a hazy orange with soapy head.
Smell is earthy and dank with a hint of fruitiness. Notes of melon, herbs, overripe peach and grass.
Taste is earthy, dan a bit perfumey. Some fruitiness is there, with notes of melon, overripe stonefruit and grass. Soft bitterness. There is a slight hint of grapes, but the Nelson really doesn't do much.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a good NE IPA, but a bit muddled and indistinct.
