Served in a pint glass here at cervecería Esparte here in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Cloudy pale gold color with a thick white head which had an initial rise of almost two fingers length from a vigorous pour.
Smell: Grassy and lightly citrus.
Taste: Sweet melon and pear with hints of wheat accompanied with lighter side of citrus hops. Thirst quenching of course and very easy to drink.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a sticky body.
Overall: Descent brew, hot weather worthy. Salud!
