On tap, the beer, pours black with ruby red sea through body; dark tan creamy head with some rocks; excellent Retention; heavy ring; heavy minus lace; thin legs on swirl; from the can not so much lace. The nose is all about the cherries. Sour cherries, and chocolate upfront; bourbon on back end. Creamy mouth feel; medium body; not add junkie; light carbonation; very little warmth from 12% ABV. Overall outstanding; sour cherry shine along base and barrel; beer reminds me of stouts from Pöjhala.
