Copenhagen 8/12 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Webshop. Painting of a close up on some suburban buildings with concrete pavements and grass.
Pours opaque, hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as fine, thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet fruitiness mingling with dusty, dry citric notes. Peach and papaya. Stronger scent of citrus and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture,
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while into a dry finish.
Pleasant but not without a citric bite.
