The colour is burgundy, and the liquid is so thick that describing it as cloudy would be a gross understatement. The head is medium-high, persistent and thick, just like the liquid itself. It leaves a lot of residue on the glass.
The aroma is intensely fruity, with the promised red and black currants, other red fruits and hoppy notes.
The taste is pleasantly refreshingly sour. The sourness is fruity (currants) and moderately high.
Medium carbonation. Full body. Smooth texture. Long, fruity, sour aftertaste.
